The Preiss Company has some impressive employees in our ranks: from maintenance and facilities technicians to leasing professionals, from corporate support to property managers. The Employee Spotlight series aims to highlight the talented individuals who work for us.

For this month’s Employee Spotlight, we’re featuring Josh Ragland, Property Manager at the Nest in Rock Hill, SC. Josh joined our team a couple of years ago as a part time leasing agent. Last year, Josh returned to the Preiss Company after a brief hiatus of pursuing other career opportunities outside of student housing. Since returning, Josh has grown into a property manager role.

There are many challenges that come with being a part of a new build property and so it requires a really strong skillset and a great attitude. We certainly are grateful to have Josh on our team!
