For this month’s Employee Spotlight, we’re featuring Matt Del Sol, property manager at Quantum on West Call in Tallahassee, Florida. Matt joined our team three and a half years ago starting as temporary turn help, moving into various leasing roles and eventually into a management position in the Orlando market. He recently took on a new challenge by accepting a vacant property manager role at Quantum, which required him to relocate. Check out Matt’s journey!
